TERMS & CONDITIONS – ARDENT & CO

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and use of the Ardent & Co website (the “Website”) within Canada.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Ardent & Co reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the Website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Product Information

Ardent & Co makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability information are accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that colours and images displayed on your device will exactly match the actual product. Minor variations may occur.

Ardent & Co shall not be liable for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Website, you submit an offer to purchase products subject to acceptance by Ardent & Co.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of shipping fees and applicable taxes, including GST, HST, or PST.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the Website.

Ardent & Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Ardent & Co will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ardent & Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Ardent & Co or its licensors and is protected under applicable Canadian intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Ardent & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Province, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
